Anna Sobczak , 2025

70Γ—50 cm

Oil & acrylic on canvas

In a daring dance of color and form, this arresting piece captivates with its arresting depiction of a nude figure amid a whirlwind of vibrant pinks. The composition splendidly balances the intimate and the abstract. The subject’s tender vulnerability is contrasted by the bold, almost rebellious strokes that envelop her, evoking a sense of metamorphosis. Her obscured visage, a masterstroke of mystery, suggests an otherworldly transcendence. This piece flirts unabashedly with both expressionist fervor and a whisper of surrealism, inviting us to ponder the convergence of identity and oblivion in a sea of blooming wonder.
