This sunlit cityscape is a jubilant study in geometry and memory, where overlapping arcs and faceted rooftops fold the urban horizon into a chromatic poem. The palette sings in ochres, teal, coral and cobalt, layered with toothy impasto and crisp linear accents that suggest both architectural detail and rhythmic ornament. Spatial depth is conjured by repeating curves and diagonals rather than by traditional perspective, giving the canvas a joyful motion reminiscent of Cubist construction and Futurist cadence, yet softened by a playful, folk-like patterning. The result is civic reverie, a serendipitous map of place and feeling that delights the eye and teases the imagination.
